Refund and Returns 

We strive for high customer satisfaction, because of that we highly encourage customers to read through item descriptions carefully, check all items pictures and ask us any question prior to purchase. 

We happily provide store credits and accept exchanges instead of refunds due to small business structure restrictions.

Please keep in mind while browsing our unique pieces that we mainly specialize in handmade, vintage and one of a kind pieces made by artisans in Moroccan villages and souks. These items are very different from mass factory produced stuff you find elsewhere in a way that they may show fading colors, patches, imperfect lines, worn spots and repairs and these are NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS. We see these perfect imperfections as what adds to the value of the item, its richness and authenticity.  

We will be happy to exchange your item once for another reason within 10 days of purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


To start a return, you can contact us at contact@marrakechconnection.com with the following information: Full Name, Order Number, Purchase Date, Reason for Return, Pictures if necessary. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to send us the item back for an exchange or a store credit. customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Zellige Tile Orders 

All Zellige Tile orders are custom made for each specific customer in Morocco therefore Returns/Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted, however customers have 24 hours after placing the order to cancel.
